Built in the 1890’s this vintage feel auditorium played host to 1st Baptist Church Sunday school as late as the 1970’s. The almost floor to ceiling windows facing south and west provide unparalleled natural light on the cloudiest of days. The large stained glass is a bonus. At approx.3300 sq. ft. and 15’ ceilings, there is plenty of space to create in. The walls in disrepair show their age and have intentionally been left this way.

Vintage baby grand – as tuned as it was found.
A variety of vintage sofas, chairs and misc. props
Extension cords
Private dressing room with stained glass
Private 1/2 bath with stained glass
Clothing rack
This studio is situated on the 2nd floor w/ 8’ wide commercial stair case. There are no elevators.
This studio is located at 809 York Street on the left corner of 8th and York.
Enter thru the double glass doors and head up the steps.
